On Sunday mornings, Turner is usually spending time with his family while enjoying a cup of coffee. I had a spring that snapped and these guys, they answered the phone quickly and Turner showed up on time. He was knowledgeable and explained all of my options, super friendly and got everything replaced and it's like a new garage door. I would highly recommend them, fair prices Great Company ????

First off, appointment was scheduled for 31 Dec 2021 and we had called on 30 Dec...super quick! Then our tech showed up (who is an Alabama Fan) doing all he could to connect our Wi-Fi to fix our lift master wall stations (with the game starting). Did it detour him the game was on no but he couldn't fix it since it might be Mediacom issue. Nonetheless Turner was trying everything he could. Unfortunately it's a process and atleast we have started it. Thank you for the fast service

Outstanding service! Replaced two old units to match the newest third unit. Corrected short in wiring for one door. Replaced the wheels and assisted me in syncing the auto buttons to the door opener. Very efficient and caring technician named Turner. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door or shutter work. I also live that when you call you get a live person on the phone and they contact you and keep you posted on the ETA. Personal service at an exceptional level.

Highly Recommended - All I can say is "wow!" I am thoroughly impressed with how organized Precision Door Service is as well as how their technician handled our service. Their customer communication was spot on. They gave a 2-hour window for arrival and actually arrived 1-hour early. Turner Cobb was the technician dispatched to our home. He was incredibly polite, knowledgeable of his job and how to perform it, very thorough and cleaned up when he was finished. Technician showed up to property and got right to work installing the door. They did a great job and it only took around an hour. Also got text notice of when tech was on the way which is great! 10/10 5 stars!!

The two guys did a great job in overhauling my existing garage door with better parts. It is much quieter. Parts replaced were both cables, springs and rollers.
