Two Precision Door personnel arrived, and fixed many problems with my garage door. I had never had the door maintenance or checked for the past 21 years!! I will schedule them to replace the door opener and the remotes next month.

Highly professional organization that truly stresses customer service! I had a problem on Sunday, and left an emergency message for the owner who quickly responded by sending a tech to help us out, even though they do not normally offer that service on Sundays. Their techs are punctual, polite, and friendly and get the job done quickly leaving no trash or debris behind. Precision will always have my business!

Finally, after all these years I was able to discover the answer to one of my recurring questions "how does someone run into their own garage door?" So, as it turns out it is really easy to run into your own garage door. Anyway, after a brief look at the damage and a little self attempt at repairing the door enough to operate, I soon found out I needed help. I called Precision late in the day and Corey was at my home within a very short time. Corey was able to repair the door enough to operate and we ordered the bottom panel that I had damaged. After a week or so the new panel was in and Darrell came to replace the bottom panel at the planned time. It took less than an hour to install the new panel and have me up and running again. Everyone from Precision was very nice and respectful, not even any laughing at my dumb mistake. They say it happens all the time. OH, the vehicle should be out of the shop later today...

Originally needed a new garage door and unfortunately picked a lower price competitor. After installation, it never worked correctly inluding incorrect adjustment with existing door opener. Finally called Precision and they were able to provide interim adjustments but they also told me the top panel windows didn't meet 140 mph hurricane rating (even though competitor said door was rated). Ultimately the top panel needed replacement as did the door opener. The opener replacement was my choosing. Both times, the Precision technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Bottom line...WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! Would/will recommend Precision to all. Great job and many thank Darrell Williams!

We were very pleased with the prompt, courteous and professional service provided by Precision Door Service. Corey came out to provide an estimate the same day as our call and Darrell and an assistant came out to replace our garage door at the scheduled time. The remote controls for our garage door opener quit working. I called Precision and asked to make an appointment for someone to come and let me know if the existing opener could be fixed or if I needed a new one. No problem. The Service Technicians were at my house within an hour, checked my 20 year old opener and said a circuit board was bad and I needed a new one. No problem. Within 45 minutes, I have a new opener, 2 remote controls, my cars are programmed to the new opener and I have a keypad on the outside. WOW! These guys are awesome!!! I could not be happier!
