The technicians arrived right on time and was able to troubleshoot all my issues with my garage door. I knew the old chain drive unit I had was obsolete and the door was hard to open even with the emergency release disengaged. The technicians explain to me that was a balancing problem in the springs I had we're too small for that door which I actually already knew. I diagnosed everything and gave me an estimate on the spot and fortunately had everything they needed in the truck to complete the entire job at the time of arrival. Very pleased with the service and the hospitality provided by the technicians would highly recommend precision garage door service.

Austin is truly a professional at what he does. Gave me 3 options and explained each one to me. I took option #3 and had a complete rebuild accomplished on my garage door. Service was fantastic. My car was "stuck" in the garage after the chain broke. I had an early morning appointment and needed my car. The young lady in the office was able to contact a technician to come to the house tonight. Ron, the technician was so nice and was able to repair the door. Every time I have called Precision Door, the response has been wonderful.

They told me 4-6 PM, Riley was there at 4 PM, I told him the Genie motor had stopped working. He worked it up on his tablet after inspection and showed me my 3 options; when I made my selection - which was much less expensive than anticipated - (whole new mechanism) he went right to work from his fully-equipped truck and was finished in a little more than 2 hours. Great personality and work ethic - my door sounded like an old Ford truck before it quit and now sounds like a Prius! I highly recommend this company.
